In case the product does not live up to your expectations, you can return the product to us. Please add a note with your order number and reason for return. Also add your international bank account details (including IBAN and BIC) or your address so we can refund you. You will need to return the product within three days of receipt in case you wish to be eligible for a refund. Returned products must be packed in the original packaging and cannot be used.
